You'd probably have to be living under a rock not to know that it is The Queen's Platinum Jubilee this year (and this very weekend as this blog goes live!). Whilst we hope Her Majesty has an incredible celebration, we couldn't let her have all the fun this year, as we have a few things to celebrate ourselves!
Announcing the BTW Jubliee!
We're celebrating 40 years of Border Terrier Welfare and also our celebration of 100 years of breed recognition for the Border Terrier in the UK by The Kennel Club, as this was delayed due to the pandemic.
After moving events online due to Covid, we are pleased to say we are back to hold an in-person day to celebrate on Sunday 18 September 2022 at Woodmansterne Village Hall in Surrey, but we'll also have other things happening between now and then, so keep your eyes peeled!
We're kicking off this weekend by opening our 2023 Calendar Photocall, so head on over to our blog to check out how to submit your photos. We'll have other things such as new products, (including some special limited edition BTW Jubilee merchandise) on our webstore, an auction of Border Terrier memorabilia and of course all the fun of our Jubilee day in September.
