Update

Sorry to report that Red Charlie’s Hoodad Adrian has had to retire from his Lands End to John O’Groats Cycling Challenge. Unfortunately Adrian sustained an injury to his knee after a fall on the first day of his journey. After a further two days it was clear that it was not going to be possible to complete the journey and that withdrawal was the only option. Plans are already afoot for a further attempt later in the year.

Sponsorship for Adrian’s challenge had already exceeded his target of £1500 and to all those who have donated we in Border Terrier Welfare send our most sincere thanks. Your continued support is very much appreciated.

I know that you will all join me in wishing Adrian a speedy recovery from his injury and that he will be back on the saddle soon.

Tony Wrenn
