Jess & Paul will be setting off on their #Long Walk Home Challenge - those of you who were following last years walk will remember that Paul sadly had to withdraw on Day 2 due to a very serious health issue so this year is going to be a particularly emotional.
A huge fundraising effort
The Coast to Coast Walk follows Wainright's 192 mile walk from the West coast of England at St Bees in Cumbria to the end point on the East coast at Robin Hoods Bay, all whilst raising money for Border Terrier Welfare through sponsorship.
A word from Paul . . .
Paul says, "In just a few more days it will be Day 1 (8th June) of our 14 day adventure. This is the main event that we’ve been building up to for a year, two years if you count the last attempt! we’ve now raised a little over £3,000 for Border Terrier Welfare, and well on our way for #TheLongWalkHome challenge.
Day 1 and especially Day 2 will be quite significant as I retrace my steps from last years attempt, and the point where I called it off as my heart had other ideas without my permission!
This is all to help Border Terrier Welfare help less fortunate furs.
