#BTWJubilee Virtual Show
We've got much to celebrate with our #BTWJubilee this year, so we're getting the party started early with our BTW Jubilee Virtual Border Terrier Show.
Entries were open over the August 2022 Bank Holiday weekend, as part of our #BTWJubilee celebrations.

What classes can I enter?
Red Carpet Doggleganger
Inspired by Tobi's post below, we're kicking off our classes with a red carpet worthy of the stars we all know our Border Terriers are. But can they outshine their celebrity doppleganger? Have you looked at your BT and thought they remind you of someone? Only the red carpet ready, with star quality need apply!
Open to male or female Border Terriers of any age.
Party Animals
Does your pup party like it's still 1999? Maybe you have more than one BT in your household and it's a constant party, or perhaps they're social butterflies when they're out and about. Share your photos in this class to show off your Borders and their buddies! If you've captured the perfect Party Animals pose, then get your entry in and let's get this party started!
Open to male or female dogs or pets of any age but must have at least one Border Terrier in the image.
Jubilee King
Does your boy have regal attitude in spades, paired with handsome good looks to be crowned our BTW Jubilee King? If so, capture his best side to enter this class for him to steal the crown.
Open to any age male Border Terrier.
Jubilee Queen
Has your gorgeous girl got what it takes to be crowned our BTW Jubilee Queen, to rival any other pretenders *ahem* . . . we mean contenders for Jubilee Queen this year? To enter this class, capture that sparkly character in an image to let your girl shine.
Open to any age female Border Terrier.
Patriotic Pup
We think there are probably many photos of UK BT's showing their patriotic colours this year, but this is the class to show off, whatever your country or region, perhaps favourite sports team or even a hobby . . . show your true colours for whatever it is that makes them (or you) proud.
Open to male or female Border Terriers of any age.
Best in Show
The winner from each category will automatically be entered into this final category to find our overall BTW Jubilee Best in Show.
How do I enter?
Please select the class or classes you wish to enter and submit your entry for each class on the entry forms below, uploading your image file for the entry.
Entries must be received by 11pm Tuesday 30 August 2022.
Is it only UK entries?
Whilst BTW operate in the UK, as this is a Virtual Border Terrier Show, we welcome entries from around the world, as we know we have supporters of our work far and wide.
How much does entry cost?
Entry to our #BTWJubilee Virtual Dog Show is free.
However if you are able to to help us out with our fundraising, why not purchase some BTW Jubilee Tombola raffle tickets to be drawn in September and double your chances of winning something!
How will the show be judged?
This is a fun photo dog show and will not be judged to the Border Terrier breed standard.
The Border Terriers in the images can be in any position; sitting, standing, lying down or however they are comfortable.
The entries will be shortlisted to finalists by the BTW Committee with first, second and third chosen in each category with other finalists being award Special rosettes. The first place winners from each category will then be put forward automatically for Best in Show which will be judged by the staff of Be More Bob.
Finalists will be notified by BTW via email or social media on Saturday 3 September 2022. Unsuccessful entries will not be notified.
Any entries received after 11pm Tuesday 30 August 2022 or submitted in the incorrect class will be disqualified.
Terms
We need quality pictures, either landscape or portrait, which must be clear and in focus, but no professional photography please, unless you hold the copyright to the image.
All Border Terriers are welcome, whether pedigree or crossbreed, especially those who have been rescued or re-homed and Border Terriers must be the focus of the image.
There is no lower or upper age limit for Border Terriers entered into a class and are eligible whether past or current members of the family.
You may enter more than one class, as long as you meet the criteria of each class.
There should be no identifying features which will geolocate the Border Terrier to a specific home address.
There should be nothing to identify individual Border Terriers by name in the image, as the classes will be judged anonymously.
Entry into the Show gives BTW permission to use the image on social media, the BTW website or other media in support of BTW.
A Border Terrier may only be entered once in each class (duplicate entries will be disqualified), however they may be entered in more than one class.
Each entry should be for a single Border Terrier, joint entries will be disqualified, except for the Party Animal class.
Prizes are not transferable and have no redeemable value.
BTW Committee members and their household are excluded from entering the Show, as they will be involved in judging. BTW Reps are free to enter as they are not part of the judging team.
The Virtual Border Terrier Show is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any of the brands associated with this Show.
Facebook and Twitter are not responsible for any issues related to the Show — accepting the terms indicates a complete release of Facebook and Twitter by each participant.
Prizes to be won!
All our finalists in the BTW Jubilee Virtual Show will receive our Jubilee certificate & rosette.
Each of our class winners will also receive a BTW Supporter goodies, including a bag of Feelwells treats.
The amazing Bob & his staff at Be More Bob have also donated a £20 voucher for our Best in Show winner.
This can be spent on loot at their shop in Cheltenham or online store (don't worry if you're in a country they don't ship to, we'll make arrangements to get it to you).
They will be choosing the Best in Show winner from the Class winners . . . so no pressure!
Entry Forms
To enter is easy as 1 . . . 2 . . . 3!
1. Choose your class (see Entry Details below for list - you can enter more than one)
2. Make sure you have your image ready to upload
3. Click on the graphic for your chosen class to complete the appropriate Google form
