Border Terrier Welfare

for Border Terriers in need

Border Terrier Welfare’s purpose is to care for Border Terriers in need. We work across mainland UK, helping to find homes for BT’s where they will receive the love and the care they deserve.

Established in 1981, we are a registered charity (Border Terrier Welfare, Registered Charity No. 1116853) and are known to many as BTW and to some as Border Terrier Rescue.

We are managed and run entirely by volunteers, funded by donations in many forms, along with the fundraising efforts of our  numerous supporters.  Our success is wholly due to them.

Support us as you shop

Our own webstore

We now have our own webstore, where you can purchase products knowing that all profits support our work.  With our range of exclusive BTW products that you won't find anywhere else, you can choose gifts for you, your Border Terrier and your home.

Give as you shop

With an Amazon Smile, Give as you Live or Easy Fundraising account, you can donate as you shop without it costing you a penny!

With a choice from thousands of retailers, you shop as usual through your chosen platform which raises donations for us automatically.  Each transaction may only raise a few pennies, but it all adds up to make a difference.

Visit our Fundraising section for all the links.

Shop with our BTW Merchants

We have a number of small businesses who support us, many of them run by Border Terrier owners.  Through their generosity and brilliantly supportive customers, we receive donations on sales of some or all of their products, all without costing you any extra!

Take a look at our BTW Merchants page to see how they support us and shop knowing that you are supporting independent small businesses and your favourite charity at the same time!
