With George's operation to remove all the lumps successfully completed and with a good recovery behind him, he was finally ready to address another important aspect of his health: his dental work. The surgery had been a significant milestone for him, and he approached this next phase of his treatment with a sense of optimism and resilience.

Now that he can eat confidently, he encounters an unexpected challenge: some hair loss and irregular weight gain, which might indicate an underlying issue. He is scheduled for comprehensive blood tests, and we are hopeful for the best possible outcome. Border Terrier Welfare will be there to support him and his owner.

George is one of many dogs that receives treatment paid for by Border Terrier Welfare, in some cases we can help promote fund raising initiated by owners that encounter costs beyond their means to cover but the majority of funding is made by our supporters though the kind and generous donations and fundraising programs.
